FEBRUARY 2012 - MISC

Not much going on this month.  Chris did get promoted to 1LT and we have been busy with cub scouts.  This month they did a service project on board the USS Missouri. 

WAIMEA BAY

We decided to check out the 10 to 20 feet waves at Waimea.  It was such a beautiful day.  I really do enjoy the beaches here.  No one was allowed in the water of course but there was plenty of people taking in the view.

CUB SCOUT SERVICE PROJECT AT USS MISSOURI

What was nice about this visit to the USS Missouri was that we got to see a different tour of the ship that most don't get to see. Also the boys were able to raise and lower the American Flag.
